About Us

Pacific Multitech, Inc is a premier provider of System Engineering Documentation, only employing American Citizens, with a guarantee of acceptability of all documents we prepare. We satisfy Preliminary Design Review (PDR) and Critical Design Review (CDR) CDRL/SDRL DIDs for Commercial Aircraft, Military Aircraft, Space Vehicles, and Military Ground Support Equipment.

How We Work

Here is how our industry works and where PMI fits in:

  1. A contract is awarded to a supplier of an item of aerospace equipment — aircraft engines, flight controls, cockpit controls, flap and rudder actuators, and more.
  2. The contract includes a specification listing the performance requirements and a list of data items that must be submitted to prove those requirements have been satisfied.
  3. Pacific Multitech, Inc. (referred to in our industry as PMI) accepts a contract to perform the required analyses and create the data items for review by the customer, Department of Defense, and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
  4. These data items include a comprehensive list of deliverables such as:
    • Reliability Analysis
    • Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
    • Safety Assessment
    • Test Procedures
    • Technical Manuals
    • And others
  5. When all deliverables have been reviewed and approved, the equipment is certified to fly.

Engineering Analysis

Our aerospace engineering services consist of performing engineering analysis for most DID requirements. Our Reliability Analysis can be Parts Count, Electrical Stress, or Derating Analysis as required, and our Failure Mode, Effects & Criticality Analysis (FMECA) will include Fault Trees or Testability Analysis as required. Our Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) results are based on thermal and electrical stress and our Maintainability Analysis will provide Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) results.

We specialize in creating military and ATA technical manuals in accordance with all current specifications. Military manuals satisfy all MIL-PERF Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) requirements, and our ATA Component Maintenance Manuals are prepared to S1000D, iSpec2200, or ATA-100 requirements.
